Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study innovative areas of personnel training, taking into account the formation of ESG competencies. From the standpoint of a systems approach, it is shown that the development of the global socioeconomic system within the framework of the concept of sustainable development requires new management decisions and, accordingly, the requirements for the professional competencies of personnel change. The necessity of improving educational programs in order to form innovative ESG competencies among students is substantiated.
