The article examines the role of a teacher in the process of applying blended learning, motivation
and desire for self-education, the method of teaching offered to a modern teacher, in which his work
with students is comprehensively studied and combined with online learning with the help of a teacher
(full-time) training, the student independently chooses the way, time, place and pace of learning.'
