Abstract
Today, rankings play a key role in increasing the attractiveness and recognition of universities not only for applicants, but also for employers, stakeholders and society as a whole. The article discusses the IAAR ranking methodology of educational programs by levels and areas of training, the results of which contribute to increasing the competitiveness of educational services, ensure public awareness of the compliance of the quality of education with the requirements of the labor market and take into account the development of the education system in Kazakhstan. The purpose of the study is to present the results of the Independent Ranking of demand for HEIs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to graduates, the academic community, parents and other interested parties based on an objective analysis in the main key areas.
