Abstract
The article analyzes traditional approaches to assessing the quality of education at a university, focuses on their advantages and disadvantages. The issue of prospects and opportunities for building quality management systems in universities is considered. On the need to develop measurements of the quality of educational services, criteria and indicators for monitoring and evaluating the quality of education. It is proposed to use the voluntary standard ISO 21001:2018 “Educational organizations - Management systems for educational organizations” to improve educational services.
