Abstract
The article deals with the development of the education system in the country on the example of the Almaty Technological University. Attention is paid to modern approaches to personnel training, new methods of practice-oriented education, interaction between the university and stakeholders, expansion of academic mobility of students and teachers, development of new educational programs and updating the content of existing educational programs. The purpose of the article is to analyze and explore the dynamics of the development of the university, defining the strategic guidelines for further activities.
