Abstract

The article examines the system of factors ensuring the formation of high value added of human capital in the context of the modern knowledge economy. An analysis of educational, institutional, socio-economic, and technological determinants influencing labor productivity and economic growth is conducted. Statistical data from international organizations confirming the key role of investments in human capital in ensuring sustainable development of countries are presented.
