Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the effectiveness of training to improve the efficiency of the akims of rural districts of the Aktobe region. When writing the article, methods of analysis, systematization and generalization of scientific research were used. The factors influencing the effectiveness of the activities of rural akims are identified, the possibilities of improving education in this direction are identified. In the course of writing a scientific article, quantitative information about akims and their activities was obtained from the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Aktobe region and the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Aktobe region. The introduction of a system of elections of rural mayors in Kazakhstan, the expansion of the competence of rural level mayors, reforms to introduce a separate local rural budget will strengthen the lower level of the executive branch of government. The effectiveness of akims' activities directly depends on their mastery of many modern knowledge and methods. In particular, the knowledge of project management techniques, customer orientation, public relations, stress tolerance, conflict management, etc. provides flexibility of rural akims in various situations. Based on the results of the study, an assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of rural akims trained in the Aktobe regional branch was carried out, recommendations for further development were developed. Further research will be reflected in the scientific works of the doctoral student.
