Abstract
Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4 "Quality education", aimed at ensuring inclusive and quality education throughout life, is an important task for Kazakhstan. In a rapidly changing world, high-quality education is becoming not only an important factor for the growth of the country's economy, but also the basis for social progress. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the economic factors influencing the achievement of SDG 4 in Kazakhstan, with an emphasis on the role of financing, resource allocation and interaction between the public and private sectors. According to the SDG 2024 rating, Kazakhstan retained its position in 66th place, but the dynamics of SDG 4 is negative, which indicates a slowdown in progress in this area. Trend analysis shows that despite common efforts to improve the educational system, insufficient economic support and inefficient resource allocation continue to slow down the achievement of SDG 4. As a result of the study, recommendations were proposed to optimize the spending of educational budgets, improve coordination between the public and private sectors, which are aimed at eliminating existing problems and accelerating the achievement of SDG 4 in Kazakhstan.
