Abstract
The article deals with topical issues of business process modelling in the context of digital transformation of enterprises. The aim of the study is to develop and substantiate effective methods and models of process management that contribute to the successful digital transformation of organisations. The research methodology is based on the analysis of modern approaches to business process modelling, as well as on the use of information technology and process management. The originality of the research lies in the integration of new approaches to digital transformation, taking into account the specifics of different industries and business needs. As a result of the study, practical recommendations for optimising business processes that can be applied in the digital economy have been proposed. These findings represent a significant contribution to the development of the theory and practice of process management and can be useful for both researchers and practitioners.
