Abstract
The article is devoted to topical issues of the formation of the National model for ensuring the quality of education in the current conditions of global change. The article discusses tools, regulatory mechanisms and new approaches to assessing quality assurance. During the transformation of the system of educational services, the formation of the National Model of Quality Assurance is important as an important factor in the renewal and modernization of the education system. The purpose of the article is to consider and substantiate all the elements of the structure of the National model for ensuring the quality of education, as a mechanism for close interaction between internal and external quality assurance. The article discusses the patterns of the relationship of improving the quality of higher education and the institutional framework and tools for their provision in modern conditions. Methods and new approaches to quality assurance based on European principles of education development are proposed.
